Unlike PMMA lenses, gas permeable lenses are more flexible and have high
permeability of oxygen. They may adjust several diopters of corneal astigmatism.
When necessary, such lenses can be made for patients with keratoconus or after
surgery of the cornea, as well as solid cosmetic lenses with custom painted iris.

“Eyeoptics and correction” PLC offers a wide variety of gas permeable lenses with
different levels of oxygen permeability (Dk). With higher oxygen permeability (Dk)
the lenses provide with better comfort and achieve better optical and mechanical
performance.
